What is the Credit Card Number Generator?

The credit card number generator is a simple utility tool that generates random, yet realistic credit card numbers for use in software development and testing. You can use these credit card values as dummy information in applications that require credit card details for development or testing purposes.

Please note that the generated credit card information is NOT CONNECTED TO ANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OR BANK ACCOUNTS.

The credit card generator uses Luhn's algorithm behind the scenes to produce valid credit card numbers. It assigns an expiry date ranging from 1 to 5 years from the current date. Besides this, it also generates dummy values for the cardholder name, plus 3-digit CVV numbers.

Using the Credit Card Generator

Here are the steps for using the generator:

Step 1: Select the payment card brand:From the dropdown menu at the top, select the payment card brand. Here are the options ou’ll see:
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • China UnionPay
  • Diners Club International
  • Discover
  • JCB
  • MasterCard
Step 2:Select the number of cards:Next, enter the number of credit cards for which you need dummy values. You can generate information for 1 to 10 cards of a specific card type at one time.
Step 3:Get Values: Hit the “Generate” button to get the card information in a grid format.
Step 4:Copy Information:“Hover” and “click” over the information you want to copy. You can use it wherever required.
