Cancellations

BetterBugs offers monthly and yearly subscription plans for BetterBugs Pro. There's no minimum contract period, so you can cancel anytime. If you cancel your monthly or yearly Pro plan, you'll not be charged from the next billing cycle. However, you can keep using the Pro features until the next billing cycle. After that, you'll be downgraded to the BetterBugs free tier.

Moreover, if you've canceled your Pro plan and wish to reinstate it, you can simply click the “Keep my subscription” button from your BetterBugs Workspace Settings under the Billing tab.

Refunds

Since we offer a 90-day free trial (for existing users) and a 30-day free trial (for new users) for using BetterBugs Pro features, there is NOrefund policy for the subscription itself. However, for Pro plans with additional purchased seats, you may reduce your subscription without incurring charges for unused seats starting from the next billing cycle. Simply pay for the desired number of seats.

For example, if you initially bought 10 additional seats but later decide to reduce it to 5, you'll maintain access to all 10 seats until the end of your current billing cycle. Then, you'll only be billed for the 5 seats you wish to retain.
